ANAVILA: From the Sanskrit word “अनाविल”, meaning clear, wholesome, pure.
Our aim is clear.
Our clothes must tell stories. We are a design travelogue, moving from state to state, exploring every local craft our glorious country has to offer. Every season, Advita focuses on one indigenous design skill, with artisans whose creations are a result of years of history and careful technique, passed on from one pair of masterful hands to the next.
Our aim is wholesome.
Our clothes must be sustainable and responsible. We focus on natural fabrics, and accomplished, dexterous technique done by hand. Conscientious, environmentally friendly design is at the core of Advita's philosophy.
Our aim is pure.
Our clothes must come through an entirely transparent production line. We work directly with our artisans and craftsmen, with no mediators and no middlemen. We believe that it is a privilege to wear a garment handcrafted specially for you from beginning to end, and we want to bring that privilege to you.
